According to the news of Hindi news channel Aaj Tak, Gurugram Police is preparing to arrest Elvish Yadav on production warrant. This case is of assault on another YouTuber Maxtern. Maxtern’s name is Sagar Thakur. Maxtern had recently alleged that Elvish assaulted her in a mall. Quoting a senior Gurugram Police officer, Aaj Tak has reported that Elvish Yadav is accused of assault and action will soon be taken to issue a production warrant from the Ghaziabad court to arrest him in this case.
Those who were with Elvish Yadav at the time of assault on Maxtern will also be arrested. According to the news, the Gurugram Sector 53 police station had summoned Elvish Yadav for questioning in the Maxtern case on Monday, but before that, the Noida police arrested Elvish for selling snake venom and the court sent him to 14 days’ imprisonment. Sent to jail in judicial custody. Even before this, Elvish was summoned by the Gurugram Police in the case of assault on Maxtern, but he did not appear.
On March 8, the video of Maxtern being beaten went viral on social media. In this, Elvish was seen with many people and he was seen beating Sagar Thakur by throwing him on the ground. Sagar Thakur alias Maxtern had given a complaint in Sector 53 police station against Elvish Yadav in this matter. Police registered a case on this. Later, a video of Elvish was released, in which he apologized for the incident and was seen talking about brotherhood. At the same time, Noida Police had registered a case against 7 people including Elvish Yadav last year for selling snake venom in parties. Earlier, Noida Police had also interrogated Elvish in this case. Noida Police has imposed NDPS Act on Elvish. That means drugs case. This can result in a punishment of up to 10 years.
