Actor Rohit Basfor of ‘Family Man 3’ is no more
A very sad news has come out from the film industry. Rohit Basfor, who has been in the discussion about his best acting in the 2025’s Most Awaited Web Series Family Man Season 3, has passed away. The sudden death of the actor has shocked his entire family. Rohit was found dead near Garbhanga waterfall in Assam, on the afternoon of Sunday 27 April. He went to hang out with friends and died under mysterious circumstances. The family suspects that he has been murdered. He says Rohit was threatened with killing some people.
How Rohit Basfor died
Rohit, originally from Assam, returned to his hometown a few months ago. He left for a picnic in Garbhanga forest with his friends at around 12:30 pm on Sunday afternoon. He told his family about this plan. But, after noon, when his phone stopped and could not talk to him, the family’s concern increased. After some time, a friend of Rohit called the family and told that he had an accident. The actor was immediately rushed to the nearest hospital, but the doctors declared him dead. Rohit went there for a picnic with his 9 friends, when he fell into the waterfall and died. The family immediately informed the State Disaster Response Force (SDRF), who recovered Rohit’s body and sent it for postmortem.
Rohit’s death is not a conspiracy
The postmortem at Guwahati Medical College Hospital has made the case more mysterious. According to the report, many serious injuries have been found on Rohit’s head, face and other parts of the body. These injuries create doubts whether it was really an accident or murder. The police considered it an accident in the initial investigation, but after the allegations of the family and the postmortem report, a thorough investigation has started.
Family suspected of murder of absconding people
Rohit’s family has clearly described it as a case of murder. He says that Rohit had a dispute with some people recently about parking. In the dispute, three people named Ranjit Basfor, Ashok Basfor and Dharam Basfor threatened to kill Rohit. The family has also raised suspicion on gym owner Amardeep, who called Rohit for outing. Surprisingly, the four accused are absconding since the incident. Police has started the investigation of the matter.
