Singer Arijit Singh is on a UK tour and many of his videos are going viral on social media. Now a clip has surfaced in which a fan asks him to sing a protest song. This song titled R Kobe was written by Arijit on the Kolkata rape-murder case. Arijit told the person who demanded to sing that song in the concert that why he cannot sing the protest song ‘R Kobe’ there.
He said- go to the streets
In the viral clip, Arijit is seen explaining to the audience. He says, ‘This is not the right place, people have not come here to protest, right? They have come to listen to me. This is my job, right? What you are saying is my heart. This is not the right place and the right time. If you really feel it then go. Go to Kolkata. Yes. Gather some people, there are many Bengalis here. Go to the streets. That song is not monetized. It will never be monetized. It is not copyrighted. Anyone can use it.’

Two more videos of Arijit’s tour have gone viral. In one, he calms down a crying girl. He wipes her tears with gestures and advises her to laugh. In another video, he forbids people not to keep food on the stage because he considers it a temple.
