He also spoke openly about the fear of his career ending. The actor said, ‘Karan sir did not like my acting. Maybe I was the actor that Anurag Kashyap liked.’ Abhishek Banerjee further said, ‘I thought my career was ruined, over! I was out of Dharma Production’s film and that’s it!’

During a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan, actor Abhishek Banerjee discussed his removal from Dharma Production’s ‘Agneepath’ and said, “I was removed from Agneepath. I was also in the casting of Agneepath, but later Jogi Bhai came and the entire casting changed… I was removed because he did not like the old cast.” Abhishek Banerjee further said, “After losing this film, I started fearing for my film career and I thought everything was ruined, but thankfully I was saved.”

According to recent reports, it has earned more than Rs 125 crore worldwide.
