New Delhi: It has been 20 years since the release of Bollywood’s classic film Lakshya. The film was released on 18 June 2004. The film won the hearts of people all over the world with its engaging story, brilliant acting and evergreen message of patriotism. Excel Entertainment has announced the re-release of Lakshya, which will start from June 21, 2024. The film will be shown in more than 50 PVR INOX cinemas in more than 20 cities of India. This special cinematic event will give the audience a chance to relive the magic of Lakshya on the big screen.
Directed by the talented Farhan Akhtar and written by Javed Akhtar, Lakshya takes the audience on a journey of courage, growth and finding their purpose within the Indian Army. The film stars the charismatic actor Hrithik Roshan as Karan Shergill. Excel Entertainment released a special trailer on social media on the 20th anniversary of Lakshya, which tells the story of the film in a powerful way.
