During a conversation with We Are Young, Ananya Panday and Vikramaditya Motwane opened up about their love life, social media, failures and breakdowns. While playing an interactive game, Ananya Panday chose a card in which she had to tell how she expresses herself when she feels sad. Responding to this, Ananya said, “I find it very difficult to express myself because I start crying immediately.”

This is why Ananya thinks that it is better to move away from such a situation. Ananya also said that she also wants everything to be resolved, so she does not like to run away from situations. But whenever he has done this, the ending has always been better. Ananya says- “So, I should do this”. Answering the same question, filmmaker Vikramaditya Motwane said that he tries not to get comfortable in such situations, as his tendency is to be nasty, find fault and get angry. So, when he is feeling sad he takes a break or perhaps goes for a walk. Will watch, read or do something else. The filmmaker says, “I try to switch off for a while. After that I try to solve the problem.”

During this, Ananya admitted that she is currently considering taking a break from social media, because it affects her mental health. Currently she is posting a lot of content on her account because she wants people to see her. Ananya said, “I think I am going to take a much-needed digital detox because it affects your mental health.”
