New Delhi. Bollywood’s veteran actress Mumtaz went on a trip to Pakistan in the month of April. She was warmly welcomed in the neighboring country. Fawad Khan, who has worked in Hindi films like ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ and ‘Kapoor and Sons’, had booked an entire restaurant in Pakistan for Mumtaz. Despite not being well, Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan sang a song for Mumtaz.
Some time ago, during an interview with Zoom, Mumtaz told how well the Pakistani artists treated her. She told that Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Fawad Khan made her feel very special. Recalling her meeting with both the stars in Pakistan, Mumtaz said, ‘When we met, Rahat Sahab (Rahat Fateh Ali Khan) was not well. But he sang for me. I got a very special fee. I felt that I am still the same Mumtaz.’
