When and where will the concerts take place
Talking about Diljit’s concert, now it is going to be held in Kolkata on 30th November, then he will perform in Bengaluru on 6th December, followed by Indore on 8th December and Chandigarh on 14th December. The last leg of Diljit’s Dil Luminati India Tour will take place in Mumbai on December 20 and Guwahati on December 29.
The actor said this regarding alcohol
Let us tell you, on Sunday, the State Excise Department took concrete steps at the last moment and canceled the permit to serve liquor at Diljit’s program. The decision was taken following protests against the program by the youth wing of the NCP party and senior BJP leader Chandrakant Patil as well as some local residents and organisations. People said that alcohol should not be served during the program. Earlier this month, during his concert in Ahmedabad, Diljit had said that if the government banned liquor across the country, he would stop making songs on it. This statement of his came when just before this, he was given a notice for not singing songs containing alcohol in the Hyderabad concert.
