Kamal Haasan’s ‘Indian 2’ is ready for digital release after theatres. This movie will hit Netflix. The release date of the film has been given on the official Instagram handle of Netflix India, according to which ‘Indian 2’ will stream from 9th August this month. Currently, the film is being released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada languages. Information about when ‘Indian 2’ will be released in Hindi language has not been given.
‘Indian 2’ could not even recover its cost
According to the report of Saccanilk, Kamal Haasan’s action-thriller ‘Indian 2’ has been able to do a business of only Rs 81 crores across the country. Whereas, the total earnings of the film worldwide have been only Rs 148 crores. According to media reports, the makers had spent Rs 250 crores in making ‘Indian 2’. In this way, the film could not even recover its cost at the box office.
