Bollywood actor Sunny Deol is currently busy shooting for his upcoming film ‘Border 2’. On Friday, he arrived in Dehradun in the morning for shooting, but a sudden rains in the city disrupted the schedule. Shooting had to be stopped for some time, but Sunny enjoyed it by eating delicious pakoras amidst rain and enjoying a cup of hot tea. The actor also stated that the producers were worried, but they assured them that they would stay and shoot the film until they complete their work. Sunny Deol shared a video message on Instagram stories, in which he said, ‘Border shooting. We are here in the morning, but unfortunately it is raining, as you can see. There should be no rain, but what do we do? The manufacturers are worried. But I told him not to worry. I am here until we complete the film.

While recording the video message, Sunny Deol appeared in the film’s costume. Due to heavy rains in Dehradun, Sunny Deol and his team took refuge while waiting for the weather to be clear. In another video, he showed fans a glimpse of his friendship with other members of the team. They were seen enjoying the pakoras and enjoying a warm cup of tea, while the team was waiting for the rain to stop. He wrote, ‘When the sun is shining, then cut the grass and when it rains, enjoy pakoras and tea.’ Border 2 was announced in June last year. Sunny Deol is all set to re -play his prestigious character from JP Dutta’s 1997 blockbuster war border in this much awaited sequel. The actors include Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Ahaan Shetty. Directed by Anurag Singh, the film has been supported by a powerhouse production team of Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar, JP Dutta and Nidhi Dutta. Border 2 is scheduled to release in theaters on January 2, 2026.
