The film grossed ₹206 crore in its first three days and ₹328 crore in its 5-day opening weekend. By 3 August 2016, it had grossed ₹416 crore in India and ₹24 million overseas. Before its release in China, it had grossed ₹589.25 crore worldwide. By 9 September 2018, it had reached ₹623.33 crore globally.
