Kangana Ranaut’s film ‘Emergency’ was scheduled to release on 6 September, but the censor board has banned the release of the film. However, the High Court has directed the censor board to consider the objections raised regarding the film and issue a certificate by 18 September. Now, in the meantime, Kangana has put forth her point amid the controversy surrounding her film. Kangana says that her film is paying the price for awakening the nation.
Kangana is paying the price
Kangana posted on social media, ‘Today I am everyone’s favorite to target. This is the price you pay for waking up this sleeping nation. They don’t know what I am talking about. They don’t know why I worry because they want peace. They don’t want to take sides. They are cool people.’
Message for the people
Kangana further wrote, ‘I wish the soldier on the border also got a chance to be cool. I wish he did not have to take sides and consider Pakistanis / Chinese as his enemy. He is protecting you while you can lust after terrorists or anti-nationals. He was probably a gentle and kind person who loved humanity but was his humanity reciprocated? I wish all the robbers and criminals also had the love and affection like this quiet and sleeping generation but the truth of life is something else.’
Don’t worry they are coming for you if some of us become cool like you they will get you and then you will know the importance of uncool people.
Talking about Kangana’s film Emergency, Kangana has not only acted in this film but has also directed it. Apart from Kangana, the film also stars Anupam Kher, Shreyas Talpade, Mahima Chaudhary, Milind Soman and late actor Satish Kaushik.
