Australia has handed over 29 ancient sculptures and other objects to India. Among them are idols and decorative items related to Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu, Goddess Shakti and Jain tradition. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inspected it on Monday. Video of PM Modi has come in which he is looking at the idols. He also has a booklet in his hand. Now filmmaker Karan Johar has given his reaction to this video and tweeted that it is a proud moment. Karan wrote that the hearts of Indians were filled with pride.
According to sources, these idols are made of sandstone, marble, brass and bronze and have paintings made on paper. These antiquities are from Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Telangana and West Bengal.
