Talking about this, Zareen said- ‘When initially I was being compared to Katrina Kaif, I was very happy. This was a big deal for me. But, the comparison with Katrina had a huge impact on my career.’
I was scared to step out of the house because of comparisons with Katrina: Zarine
Zareen further says- ‘Due to comparison with Katrina, I was scared to even step out of the house.’ Zareen recalled how she was judged on the basis of her clothes, because she was overweight at that time. Continuing her talk, Zareen said- ‘I was given the tag of overweight. I was double or triple my size in those days. That’s why I decided to stay at home. Because I could not stay upset for long.’
Zareen’s last film was released in 2021
