Narrating the anecdote, Tigmanshu said, “When we were shooting in Ladakh…with Mani sir, we would just roam around the streets and he would decide that this is where the shoot will take place. So during lunch time, there were no vanity vans or anything. The bus in which we were travelling, the passages between the seats, where people walk, Shah Rukh would sleep on the floor during lunch time.”

He further said that Shahrukh used to take a 30-minute nap, but our (crew’s) luggage was kept in the bus, so everyone used to go in and out of the bus. Sometimes people used to cross him to get a jacket or something, but he never objected to this. He never said that he was sleeping and no one could come in. He could have done this, he was the star of that film.
