Actress Madalsa Sharma, who played the role of Kavya in Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna starrer TV serial Anupama, has said goodbye to the show. Madalsa was not seen in the show for a long time and fans were speculating that she might have left the show, however now she has officially announced her departure from the show. Madalsa Sharma is very happy with her journey in the serial but she told that after many leaps in the show, the charm of her character in the show had reduced a lot.
Why did Madalsa Sharma leave Anupama serial?
Madalsa Sharma said, “Four years is a very long time to be a part of a TV show. You get so attached to that character that it becomes difficult for you as well as the audience to separate themselves from that character. But just as everything that starts is bound to end one day, the same was bound to happen with Kavya.” Madalsa Sharma said, “There were so many leaps and twists in the Anupama serial that I felt Kavya was losing her identity.”
Will Madalsa be seen in a similar character?
Madalsa Sharma told that she talked to producer Rajan Shahi in this regard and decided to separate by mutual consent. The actress said that this was a very emotional moment for her. She said that she still feels the same connection. As a self-reliant woman, Kavya left her mark on the minds of the audience and people liked her strong way of putting forth her point. Madalsa said that her next project will also be very similar.
