New Delhi. Bollywood actors Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgan and Tiger Shroff are seen to be advertising Vimal Paan Masala coming with ‘Bolo Juban Kesari’ tag line. A Jaipur court has sent a notice to these three actors on charges of misleading propaganda. Actually, in the advertisement, these actors have said that saffron is found in Vimal Pan Masala. The three actors can be seen and heard in the advertisement saying ‘Saffron Ka Dum’. A complaint was lodged against him on the basis of this claim.
A person named Yogendra Singh has filed a written complaint against Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgan and Tiger Shroff at the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum in Jaipur. The complainant alleged that these three actors who have good Khasi fan following and many youth consider them their role model are falsely propagating saffron in Pan Masala. The complainant has said that the price of saffron is several lakh rupees per kg, while the price of this paan masala is only 5 rupees, so it is not possible to mix saffron in it.
The petitioner said that eating pan masala and gutkha can lead to diseases like cancer, such products promote cancer, so this advertisement should also be banned. Forum President Gyarsilal Meena and member Hemlata Aggarwal have asked to issue notice to the three Bollywood actors who advertised Paan Masala. Let us tell you that earlier Akshay Kumar also used to advertise Vimal. He was the brand ambassador of Vimal Cardamom. Akshay Kumar, who always talked about fitness and health, came under target of people after this advertisement, after which he said that he would not promote tobacco and he moved away from Ed. Tiger Shroff was then replaced by Tiger Shroff.
