According to Sandeep Reddy Wanga, if anyone was behind the success of Animal, he was his understanding with Ranbir. Director says that there are some scenes that actors have difficulty in doing, but Ranbir never made trouble. Animal Director says that Ranbir used to persuade him immediately. Ranbir’s nude walk scene was to be done earlier
Talking about Ranbir Kapoor’s nude walk in Animal, the director said- ‘We had to use the prosthetics for Ranbir’s thighs and lower body, which did a great job during the Test shoot, but it did not look good at all on the shooting day. Initially we were trying to film it with full focus, in which the props were to use props on his waist. However, the prosthetics did not work as expected, due to which we had to make changes in the plan and then I decided to shoot it outside the focus.
Ranbir agreed in 10 minutes
According to Sandeep Reddy Wanga, ‘Any actor can get upset in such a situation. Especially it takes hours to prepare prosthetics. But, as soon as I told Ranbir that we have to shoot it outside the focus, he agreed in 10 minutes. He did not even discuss it and immediately agreed. I said that things would be more scary and curious to shoot it out of focus and Ranbir was ready.
