Palak further told that she was not even given a copy of the contract of the show till September 19, 2024.
Palak says that the actors working with her, even Mandar Chandwadkar, who plays her father in the show, and co-star Munmun Dutta also do brand endorsements, but when Palak did brand endorsements, the makers started harassing her. Message sent to meet Asit Modi
Palak Sidhwani said that she got the news of the contract breach when the makers gave her an official statement without informing her. On this Palak said that on September 14, she (Palak) was very unwell, then she had messaged Asit Modi. Palak said that her health was so bad that she was not able to even talk to anyone and everyone on the set knew that she had high fever. Palak had written in the message – “Sir, I am very ill, and this thing (news of breaking the contract) is affecting me mentally a lot. Can you send someone from the team to meet me?”
The actress told that Asit Modi did not pay attention to her message and said – No one can meet you before September 18. When Palak tried to explain that she was feeling very restless because of this, Asit Modi replied that if anyone is free, he will meet her. Palak told that Asit Modi asked her to meet Sohail Ramani and Jatin Bajaj of the production team, who did not know anything about this legal matter and the controversy going on on social media. Palak told that even while shooting the show, she was asked to talk to different people about her problems.
When Palak had a panic attack on the set
Palak said that no member of the team was ready to talk to him about this before September 18. Meanwhile, Palak told that she shot the show in anxiety for five to six days. “Only I knew what I was going through,” she said. Palak told that during this time she once had a panic attack on the set. She said, “My brother called me, the phone was on speaker. I was shivering and my brother knew something was wrong. My brother called the production head and asked him to quickly go to my room. He came and saw how I was sitting and trembling. He must have told Asit sir about my condition, but there was no response from him. “
Asit Modi threatened
When Palak met Asit Modi on September 18, he was directly accused of breaking the contract. Palak also claimed that Asit Modi had threatened her that day. He had said- “Don’t fly so much because of Instagram. We are so strong that we can make your Instagram fly overnight.” Palak told that the team of the show asked her to share information about her brand endorsement. She (Palak) said that the show wanted a part in her brand endorsement. Palak said that in the last five years, the team never questioned her brand endorsement, but when she decided to leave the show, she was accused of breaking the contract.
