According to police sources, two shows to be held at the Indira Gandhi Foundation in Vibhuti Khand of the capital at 3:30 pm on Saturday and at 7 pm were not approved due to possible law and order concerns. Assistant Police Commissioner (Vibhuti Khand) Radharaman Singh confirmed this, saying, “NOC has not been given for the show due to concerns about maintaining law and order.”
The Deputy Chairman of the Women’s Commission wrote a letter
