Mumbai. Durgesh Kumar, who gained popularity by playing the character of Banarakas in the web series ‘Panchayat’, often narrates his life experiences and struggles. He has been working in the film industry for many years, but he did not get the recognition that he got from both seasons of Panchayat. After spending almost 10 years in the film industry, he not only got fame but is also earning a lot of money. He also recently bought a new house. One of his interviews is going viral, in which he is telling that the director of the 2017 film ‘Bahan Hogi Teri’ gave him a cheque but refused to deposit it in the bank.
Durgesh Kumar said in an interview to Bollywood Thikana, “I did a film called ‘Bahan Hogi Teri’. People say it earned 100 crores, 500 crores. I respect it. The producer of this film went bankrupt. There were many big actors in it. I will not take anyone’s name. My fixed amount was 12 thousand rupees. I gave a cheque. The producer said, Durgesh ji, don’t invest it, the company will collapse.”
