In the Renukaswamy murder case, actor Darshan Thugudeepa and his associates have been sent to judicial custody till July 4, 2024. The Bengaluru court has approved the remand of actor Darshan Thugudeepa. Recently, the actor gave his statement to the Karnataka Police that he had borrowed Rs 40 lakh from a friend to destroy the evidence after the murder.
Actor Darshan will remain in judicial custody
A Bengaluru court has sent Darshan Thoogudeepa along with his associates Vinay, Pradosh and Dhanraj to judicial custody till July 4 in the Renukaswamy murder case. Actor Darshan Thoogudeepa was in police custody since June 11. Thirteen other accused, including the actor’s friend Pavithra Gowda, were sent to 14-day judicial custody two days ago. A total of 17 people are accused in the murder case. Police have arrested Darshan along with Gowda and 15 others in connection with the Renukaswamy murder case.
Darshan Thugudeepa’s troubles increased
Kannada actor Darshan Thugudeepa is badly trapped in the Renukaswamy murder case. The court has sent Darshan to judicial custody till July 4. In this murder case, the police have arrested Darshan a few days ago and he is currently being questioned in this matter. Let us tell you that Renukaswamy was found dead in Bengaluru on June 8, 2024. At the same time, Karnataka police officials also claimed that Darshan and his associates had beaten Renukaswamy badly, due to which he died.
