The film earned a total of Rs 130 crore in India on the first day of its release. According to the final figures of the first day, the film had earned 100.13 crores in Telugu, 20.07 crores in Hindi, 6.5 crores in Tamil, 3.1 crores in Malayalam and 0.20 crores in Kannada. The film is based on the story of the British era. In which Ram Charan and NTR Jr are seen in the lead roles. Apart from him, Bollywood actors Ajay Devgan and Alia Bhatt have played special characters.
The Kashmir Files is unable to stand before RRR: Even though the film ‘Kashmir Files’ may have been made in a low budget, it seemed that the film would create a ruckus at the box office. But the film has earned 231.28 crores in three weeks, which is half of the three-day earnings of Rajamouli’s film. Seeing this, it seems that this film has not been able to dominate in front of RRR.
This film is made on the truth of the exodus and genocide of Kashmir Pandits in Kashmir in the year 1990. Apart from Anupam Kher, the film also stars Mithun Chakraborty, Pallavi Joshi and Darshan Kumar. The film has been directed by Vivek Agnihotri.
