Mumbai Mumbai Police has received new information about the suspect in the attack on actor Saif Ali Khan. The accused of knife attack on Saif Ali Khan was in Dadar, Mumbai. After the attack on Saif, he was captured on CCTV buying headphones from a store in Dadar at around 9 pm on Friday. After this the attacker was also seen at Bandra Railway Station. In one photo the attacker was seen wearing a yellow shirt and in the other a blue shirt. Whereas, in the CCTV footage before and after the attack on Saif Ali Khan, he was wearing a dark colored T-shirt. He also had a towel.
Latest information has also come that Mumbai Police has detained another suspect in the case of attack on Saif Ali Khan. Even before this, Mumbai Police had caught and interrogated a person who looked like the attacker, but he was not found to be involved in the attack on Saif. Mumbai Police has also interrogated the auto driver who took Saif Ali Khan to Lilavati Hospital. Saif’s wife and actor Kareena Kapoor Khan has also recorded her statement with the police. Mumbai Police is also trying to find out whether the suspect who attacked Saif Ali Khan has left the city or not.
Saif Ali Khan was attacked with a knife around 2.30 am on Thursday night. Saif Ali Khan had reached the spot after hearing the sound of argument between the female employee working at Saif’s house and the attacker. He got into a scuffle with the person who entered the house. During which he was stabbed six times with a knife on his back, hands, neck etc. Saif bled to death due to this attack. A piece of the knife got stuck near his spinal cord and broke. Which was removed through surgery. Saif Ali Khan asked for Rs 35 lakh from the insurance company for his treatment. Out of which the insurance company has given Rs 25 lakh.
