Attack on Saif Ali Khan: Saif Ali Khan was brutally attacked in the children's room, know the whole story of the attack on the actor.

Bhopal. The planets and stars of actor Saif Ali Khan may not be working well these days. On January 16, Saif Ali Khan became the victim of a fatal attack. Now his property worth thousands of crores is in danger of being confiscated. Pataudi family has property worth Rs 15000 crore in Bhopal and Raisen, Madhya Pradesh. Madhya Pradesh High Court has lifted the stay on this property. Now the central government can take control over this property of Saif Ali Khan’s family. The reason for this is that these properties of Saif Ali Khan are under threat of confiscation under the Enemy Property Act 1968.

The Enemy Property Act applies to the property of people who migrated to Pakistan after partition in 1947. The Mumbai-based Enemy Property Custodian Office had declared the land of the Nawab of Bhopal as government property and a notice was issued to the Pataudi family. Then in the year 2015, Saif Ali Khan challenged the notice in Madhya Pradesh High Court. The High Court had given stay. After the hearing, on December 13, 2024, Justice Vivek Aggarwal of Madhya Pradesh High Court rejected Saif Ali Khan’s petition. The court gave Saif 30 days to appeal in the double bench. Till now no appeal has been filed on behalf of Saif Ali Khan. In such a situation, their property may be confiscated.

The properties of Saif Ali Khan’s family in Bhopal and Raisen which are under the threat of confiscation include Kohefiza, Flag Staff House, Habibi Ka Bungalow, Ahmedabad Palace, Noor-us-Sabah Mahal and Dar-us-Salaam. All these properties are at prime locations in Bhopal and Raisen. If these properties are taken over by the Enemy Property Department of the Central Government, it will be a big blow to Saif Ali Khan and his family. By taking possession of these properties, the central government can also rent them or fill the treasury by auctioning them.
