Senior journalist Rakesh Kumar Singh, who has been a former member of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) and the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC), has congratulated his close friend and Telugu cinema’s big name, Nandamuri Balakrishna on getting Padma Bhushan. This honor has been given to him by President Draupadi Murmu for his significant contribution in his art field.
