Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan is again making rounds of the court these days. In fact, the hearing was held in the matter of seeking cancellation of a petition against Shahrukh Khan in an accident during the film ‘Raees’. During the promotion of actor Shahrukh Khan’s film Raees, there was an accident in which a man lost his life.
On 23 January 2017, during the promotion of Shahrukh Khan’s film, a person was killed at Vadodara railway station. After the death of the man, his family members had filed this complaint against Shahrukh Khan. Actually, before the release of the film, Shahrukh Khan had reached Gujarat by train for promotion. Meanwhile, after Shahrukh’s arrival at Vadodara railway station, a person had died amidst a huge crowd.
Shahrukh Khan was accused of reaching for promotion despite not booking in coach number 4 of the train. When the train stopped at platform number 6 of Vadodara railway station, a huge crowd gathered. During the promotion, Shah Rukh Khan threw t-shirts and balls among the people, due to which there was a stampede. The police had to lathi-charge and one person died.
However, no charges have been proved against Shahrukh in this case. To finish the case, the Gujarat High Court has said that they can ask Shahrukh Khan for an apology. Shahrukh’s lawyer said before the court that no offense is made out against Shahrukh. The person who died had heart disease. That’s why he died.

After this, the High Court asked the lawyer of the applicant of the deceased, if the victim wants the applicant and if he agrees, will ask Shahrukh Khan to apologize. The court has fixed February 24 for the next hearing. Shahrukh’s decision to apologize can also be taken only then.
