New Delhi. Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan are one of the popular couples of Bollywood. However, for the past few days, there have been reports of a rift between the two. Aishwarya and Abhishek also attended the Ambani family function separately. After this, Abhishek Bachchan further fueled the news of separation by liking the divorce post. Meanwhile, an old post of the actor is going viral, in which he had responded to a user accusing his wife Aishwarya of not allowing him to work.

This incident happened in the month of April last year. Abhishek Bachchan had praised his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s film ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ on the social media platform Twitter. While reviewing the film, he wrote, ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2 is a great film. I am at a loss for words. I am overwhelmed. Congratulations to Mani Ratnam, Chiyaan Vikram, Trisha and all the cast and crew. Proud of Aishwarya Rai, she has done her best work till date.’

Abhishek Bachchan gave a befitting reply to the user
A user commented on this post of Abhishek Bachchan in such a way that the actor had to respond immediately. The user wrote, ‘Sir, please let Aishwarya Rai sign more films and you should take care of Aaradhya.’ On this, Abhishek Bachchan replied, ‘Let her sign films? Sir, she does not need my permission to do anything. Especially the work that she likes the most.’

Aishwarya Rai’s ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ was a superhit
Let us tell you that Aishwarya Rai Bachchan’s last film ‘Ponniyin Selvan 2’ was released in the month of April 2023. In this, the actress played the role of Nandini, which was well-liked. The film was directed by Mani Ratnam. The film proved to be a superhit with bumper earnings at the box office.
