Now this film has entered its final shooting schedule. Kantara: The final schedule of Chapter 1 started on Wednesday 7 May. The shooting location is about 20 km from Kundapur in Karnataka.

It was earlier reported that the manufacturers had prepared a special timeline for Kantara: Chapter 1. He hired more than 500 skilled fighters for this sequence, which prepared the sequence of the fight before ever. This power-pack sequence consisted of 3000 people, which makes it one of the biggest sequences in the history of Indian cinema.

Kantara: Chapter 1 is set in Kadamb period of Karnataka. Kadamb was an important ruler of some parts of Karnataka and played a major role in shaping the architecture and culture of the region. That period is considered the golden period of Indian history. Rishabh Shetty is not only playing the lead role in Kantara, but is also directing it. In 2023, Shetty announced that what the audience saw was actually Part 2 and so what would be released would be the prequel of Kantara.
