Actually, this film is about the story of the criminals who have betrayed the country of India. They have looted the money of the general public by scam in India and fled abroad. These criminals include names like Vijay Mallya, Nirav Modi. Now businessman Mehul Choksi has objected to this film.

Sunil Shetty and Anurag Kashyap starrer ‘File No. 323’ seems to be embroiled in controversies already. This film narrates the story of those criminals who scammed India and fled abroad after eating public money. These criminals include names like Vijay Mallya and Nirav Modi. Now businessman Mehul Choksi has objected to this film. He issued a notice against the makers and demanded an apology. At the same time, the makers also say that they will soon give a legal reply to this notice. He has claimed that this film is not a biopic of anyone.

In the notice sent by Mehul Choksi, it has been said that this file number 323 can be used on any platform, be it OTT or TV series, motion picture or documentary. This should be stopped asap. On the other hand, the makers of this film say that this film is not based on Mehul Choksi and neither is his claim of defamation wrong. Parth Rawal says, ‘People who have looted the money of common Indians, are absconding from Indian government and officials, are hiding abroad, they are sending us notices.
