There is pressure to improve myself: Taapsee
New Delhi, October 8 (IANS) | From changing her diet to training, Taapsee Pannu has worked hard for her film ‘Rashmi Rocket’ to enhance her look. The actress says she doesn’t want to see herself competing with others. She likes to improve her work with each of her performances. In a conversation with IANS, Taapsee said that I do not want to see myself competing with anyone. Because I feel like I just need to move on with my work.
She further said that whatever performance I do every year, I need to do better next year. That’s the only thing that has kept me under pressure. That’s the pressure I love. I am competing with time and not with other contestants. The sports drama, directed by Akarsh Khurana, tells the story of a small town girl who overcomes all social barriers to become a national level athlete, but is put on hold when she undergoes a gender test.
‘Rashmi Rocket’ is very close to Taapsee’s heart as she has been associated with it since the idea was floated. The 34-year-old actress revealed that she has never been so attached and engrossed in a film. He said that I usually get a script, which I see the final edit of, and it is much more than that. ‘Rashmi Rocket’ will release on ZEE5 on October 15.
