He said, ‘Hussain was admitted to a hospital in San Francisco last week due to heart problem.’ However, by night the news of his demise was being declared false. The death of renowned tabla player Zakir Hussain, awarded with Padma Vibhushan, was confirmed by his family to PTI on the morning of Monday, December 16.
