New Delhi. Popular American dark comedy web series ‘Based on a True Story’ Season 2 will be released on OTT platform Jio Cinema on November 22. The first season of this series premiered on Peacock last year, which was highly appreciated by the audience. Now the show is returning with the second season.
What is the story of the web series?
The series follows a real estate agent named Ava Bartlett who struggles between her career and motherhood. Ava and her husband Nathan, a tennis coach, are juggling life’s ups and downs while raising their child. Everything seems normal, but the story takes a dramatic turn when a series of mysterious murders spread panic across the city.
The police find similarities between the clues found in the killer’s house and the footprints found in Ava’s house, further complicating the story.
