Bollywood actor Sanjay Khan has turned 80 years old. He was born on January 3, 1941 in Bangalore. Sanjay, who worked in many superhit films, made his debut in the film world in 1964 with Chetan Anand’s film Haqeeqat. At the age of 12, he went to the cinema to watch Raj Cooper’s film Awara. He was very impressed after seeing this film. Then he thought of meeting the stars of the film. The theater manager took him inside the room and explained how the film was made. At that very moment Sanjay had decided that he would make his career in acting. Let us tell you that Sanjay did not only act but also directed films. He has a long career spanning over 55 years in the Hindi film industry. Apart from films, Sanjay Khan has also worked in TV serials. Sanjay Khan played the lead role in the serial The Sword of Tipu Sultan aired in the year 1990. He himself directed this serial. During the shooting of the serial Tipu Sultan, there was a serious accident with Sanjay Khan in which he narrowly survived.
Let us tell you that on February 8, 1990, when the shooting of Tipu Sultan was being done in the premiere studio of Mysore. At the same time, a terrible accident shook the team. The 52nd episode was set up in the Lalit Mahal Palace. More than 100 artists from Mumbai were present here. On February 4, 1989, late night Tipu Sultan’s wedding scene was being filmed. Then a fire broke out on the set during fireworks, in which 42 people died, 25 people including Sanjay Khan were injured in the accident. Sanjay Khan was scorched up to 65 percent. After this, 73 surgeries were done in 13 days. And he was admitted to the hospital for 13 months. Even after so many surgeries, the color of his skin is still white.
