Kareena Kapoor is one of the biggest female stars of the English film industry, who is still in the industry with a strong fan following with her career spanning more than two decades. She is a people’s favorite and is also successful in carrying any film on her own. Recently her film ‘The Buckingham Murders’ has been released in theaters and with this she has achieved a big milestone in her career. She has completed 25 years in Bollywood. To celebrate this achievement, PVR Cinema has organized a film festival in her name.
Film festival will be organized in the name of Kareena
This multi-city film festival will showcase the actress’s illustrious career. Once again, some of her most admired and appreciated characters will be showcased on the big screen. This will be a first for an actress in India, Dilip Kumar and Amitabh Bachchan are the two actors for whom film festivals have been dedicated in the past. A trailer of the film festival was released, which included clips from Kareena’s most loved films and characters, including Poo from ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’, Geet from ‘Jab We Met’ and the lead role in ‘Chameli’.

Since then, she has over 50 films to her name, including films like Chameli, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, Omkara, Jab We Met, Heroine, 3 Idiots, Kurbaan, We Are Family, Udta Punjab, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Laal Singh Chaddha. Fans will soon see her in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Singham Again’, which also stars Ajay Devgan.
