Palak Sindhwani On Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah Maker: The show ‘Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah’, which has been entertaining the audience for a long time, is once again embroiled in controversies. Palak Sidhwani, who made a special place in the hearts of the audience by playing the character of Sonu Bhide in this show, has announced to leave the show. Since then, many news are coming out about Palak. Neela Film Production, the production house has confirmed in an official statement that they have sent a legal notice to Palak. On the other hand, Palak and her team issued a statement yesterday accusing the makers of mentally harassing her. Amidst all this, Palak told that now the makers are making it difficult for her to exit the show.
Palak accused the makers of TMKOC
Palak Sidhwani gave her interview to Times of India, in which she told that ever since she left the show, the makers have been harassing her a lot. She told in the interview, ‘Last month i.e. on 8th August itself, I had told the production house that I am leaving this show. After this he said that I would be given an official email on which I could send my resignation letter, but this never happened. They delayed approving my resignation and after a few weeks, to my surprise, I saw media reports showing how I had breached the contract.’
Everything started only after the announcement of leaving the show
Palak further said, ‘I had signed his contract 5 years ago and when I asked him for a copy of it, he flatly refused to give it. I received a copy on September 19, 2024. They allowed me to continue brand endorsements and after the Corona pandemic, I also started brand endorsements on social media. He did not say anything then, but when I announced to leave the show, he started this plan of action. I have also taken legal advice and will follow whatever is right for my career.
Solution not found even after several meetings
Palak told, ‘I wanted to leave the show for my health issues and my professional growth. I have had several meetings with the makers, but no solution has been found yet. This is exploitation and I never expected this after working with them for five years. Just because I want to leave Taarak Mehta, they are making it difficult for me to exit.
