In which Vidhu Vinod Chopra told that soon people are going to see the next part of Three Idiots ‘Two Idiots’ and ‘Munnabhai-3’. Work on its script is going on.
When will we see ‘2 Idiots’?
In a recent conversation with Dainik Bhaskar, Chopra confirmed, ‘I am writing both 2 Idiots and Munna Bhai 3. Also, I am trying to make a film for children. The title of the film has not been decided yet. I am also writing a horror comedy and it is very interesting. Will write for first 1-2 years, then it should be made. I think there is a possibility of 2 Idiots and Munna Bhai 3 soon.
Chopra explained why he takes his time with scripts, saying, ‘I could have made 2-3 sequels of Munna Bhai and 3 Idiots. I would have earned a lot (I could have earned a lot of money), bought a big car and a big house. But if they were not good films, I would not have enjoyed talking about them because I would have known that I had compromised my conscience just to make money.
Both the films were superhit at the box office
The Munna Bhai and 3 Idiots franchise, directed by Rajkumar Hirani and produced by Vidhu Vinod Chopra, is one of the most beloved and successful in Indian cinema. Munna Bhai Series, Munna Bhai M.B.B.S. Starts from. (2003) followed by Lage Raho Munna Bhai (2006) features the lovable gangster Munna Bhai, played by Sanjay Dutt, and his heart-touching exploits. The films are known for their witty humor and strong social messages. On the other hand, 3 Idiots (2009) is a comedy-drama that deals with the pressures of the educational system, starring Aamir Khan, R. Madhavan and Sharman Joshi have acted. Meanwhile, Vidhu Vinod Chopra last directed 12th Fail, based on Anurag Pathak’s book. It tells the story of Abhilash, a small-town youth who faces immense pressure to succeed in his Class 12 examination, but fails.
