Rupali’s show ‘Anupama’ is based on the Bengali series ‘Srimoi’. Produced by Rajan Shahi and Deepa Shahi under the banner of Director’s Cut Productions, it airs on Star Plus. Rupali is the daughter of late director and screenwriter Anil Ganguly. She is married to businessman Ashwin Verma. The couple has a son. He started acting at the age of seven in his father’s film ‘Saheb’ in 1985.
