The body of actor Vikas Sethi, who was a part of the TV serial ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’, has been brought to Mumbai. This is a very sad moment for the actor’s family. Vikas died in his sleep last night. Vikas’s friend Kabir Sadanand said, “Vikas wanted to return home early yesterday and take rest. In the morning, his brother Vicky found out that he was not waking up and was not giving any kind of reaction. Vikas’s body has been brought to Mumbai. He had gone out of the city to Nashik to meet one of his relatives.”

Talking about his friend, Kabir’s eyes welled up with tears and he said that they had done their first film together, ‘Deewanapan’ (2001) and since then they both remained friends. Kabir said, “A few years ago I shifted to Goa and since then we both parted ways. Vikas’s passing away is a kind of message that we should keep trying to stay in touch with each other.”

Vikas’s brother Ricky is devastated

Zoom reported in its report that when Vikas’ brother Ricky was contacted, he could not control his emotions and with tears in his eyes he only said, “We are in complete shock right now and I cannot say anything right now.” Vikas Sethi has left behind his wife Jahnavi and two twin children. Jahnavi is Vikas’ second wife, his relationship with his first wife ended many years ago.

According to media reports, Vikas died of a heart attack. The actor breathed his last at the age of 48. Apart from films, Vikas had worked in some superhit shows whose names are still remembered by the fans. He was a part of shows like ‘Kahin To Hoga’ and ‘Kasauti Zindagi Ki’. Talking about Vikas’ films, he was seen in Karan Johar’s film ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham’.
