Golden opportunity to become the lead heroine in Vivek Agnihotri's film, makers said- 'We are looking for an actress who...'

New Delhi. There is a huge uproar in Bangladesh. After the serious situation created in the country, on August 5, 2024, Sheikh Hasina resigned from the post of Prime Minister of Bangladesh and reached India. Shortly after, thousands of protesters took to the streets. The videos coming out from the neighboring country are shocking. This bugle against the Sheikh Hasina government came after the announcement of reservation in many civil services for the relatives of the freedom fighters who fought for the independence of Bangladesh in 1971. The government may have withdrawn the quota to some extent. But after the protests, the army was called to restore order and hundreds of students died in the violence that took place during this period, after which the matter became more violent. On this matter, filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri, who came into the limelight with ‘The Kashmir Files’, claimed that the protesters are neither ‘students nor revolutionaries.’

Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri is known for expressing his views in a harsh tone on social media. Amidst the raging fire in the neighboring country Bangladesh, he shared a post while sharing a video. With this post, he wrote – All the crowds on the streets of Bangladesh are neither students nor revolutionaries. Let us tell you what Vivek said…

What did Vivek Agnihotri say?
Vivek Agnihotri shared a video of the demonstration going on in Bangladesh and wrote- ‘Sorry media, but all the crowds on the streets of Bangladesh are neither students nor revolutionaries. Many of them are thugs and hungry people who are looking for something to loot. Most revolutions fail because many so-called revolutionaries are actually poor and hungry people who believe that their lives will change after the revolution. Which will never happen’.

Post by Vivek Agnihotri.

‘People like to watch such flash-revolutions on TV’
He further wrote- ‘The rest of the crowd is there for entertainment. People like to watch such flash-revolutions on TV. A good break from Netflix. Sad story of the modern world: Old statues are demolished but there are no new laws to erect’.

After the resignation of Sheikh Hasina, the crowd attacked her residence
Let us tell you that on Monday, after Sheikh Hasina resigned, thousands of Bangladeshi protesters stormed her residence. They made off with her personal belongings, including a TV set, refrigerator, a Dior suitcase, utensils and furniture.
