Border-2 release date released
There is good news for Sunny Deol’s fans. The shooting of the actor’s upcoming film Border 2 has recently started. Now the makers have announced the release date of the film. The Border-2 film will knock in theaters on 23 January in 2026 next year. Director Anurag Singh’s film Border 2 also stars Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Ahaan Shetty in lead roles. This is going to be a sequel to JP Dutta’s 1997 Bor Drama Film Border. The manufacturers have shared a picture of the clapboard from the set on Instagram and also announced the release date of Border 2 23 January 2026.

Sharing the exciting updates, the film’s producer banner T-Series wrote, ‘Cameras for Border 2 are on! Along with Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh and Ahaan Shetty, it has been produced by Anurag Singh -directed cinematic veteran Bhushan Kumar, JP Dutta and Nidhi. According to PTI report, Border 2 is based on the background of patriotism and courage and promises to provide unique action, entertaining drama and emotional depth. In September, Sunny Deol announced the border sequel on the 27th release anniversary of the 1997 blockbuster film. He wrote, ‘A soldier is coming to fulfill his 27 -year -old promise again. India’s biggest war film, Border 2. ‘ Sunil Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Akshay Khanna, Sudesh Berry and Puneet Issar were originally with Sunny Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Akshay Khanna, Sudesh Berry and Puneet Issar in the border based on the events of Longewala’s fight during the 1971 Indo-Pakistan War. Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Tabu, Rakhi, Pooja Bhatt and Sharabani Mukherjee were also part of the film. Now some new actors have been added to the sequel of this film.
