Mumbai. Kangana Ranaut is going to sell her Mumbai house. It is being claimed in many reports that Kangana is going to sell her house in Pali Hill, Bandra. Her production house – Manikarnika Films’ office is also located in this house. In this year’s Lok Sabha elections, she has won from Mandi in Himachal Pradesh. It is being said that due to her political career, Kangana is spending most of her time in Delhi and Himachal Pradesh, so Kangana is reportedly selling her Bandra house.
According to reports, Kangana Ranaut is selling her house for Rs 40 crore. AnyTV could not confirm these claims. The speculation arose when a YouTube channel named Code Estate shared a video claiming that a Kangana house and production house office was up for sale.

The YouTube channel has not revealed the name of the production house and the owner. But the pictures and views used in the video give a hint that this is Kangana Ranaut’s office. Many social media users also speculated in the comment section that this is Kangana’s house and office. The video shows that the size of the house is 285 square meters, with a construction area of 3042 square feet.
No statement came from Kangana.

In September 2020, BMC demolished parts of Kangana Ranaut’s office-house in Bandra citing illegal construction. The demolition work was stopped midway after the Bombay High Court’s stay order on September 9. Kangana filed a case against BMC and also demanded Rs 2 crore as compensation from BMC, but withdrew her demand in May 2023.
