Prime Video’s original series ‘Call Me Bae’ has been announced. In this series, Ananya Pandey will be in the lead role and the whole story will revolve around her character. Ananya Pandey will be seen in the role of Bela Choudhary aka ‘Bae’ in this series. Bae is a rich girl who has inherited property and is preparing to become a hustler. She feels that her most valuable asset is not her diamonds, but her cleverness and style. Its trailer is going to be released on Tuesday i.e. 20 August. Saira and Tamarah
Saira and Tamarah are Bey’s best friends, who are like sisters. Played by Muskaan Jaffrey, Saira is a confident and young girl who becomes Bey’s first friend in her strange new life, helping her to navigate her lonely life in the big city. Niharika Lyra Dutt plays the workaholic and perfectionist Tamarah, an aspiring journalist who meets and befriends Bey during her first big job.
Prince
Prince, the trainer and techie is a wonderful human being in every way. Varun Sood plays the role of the super-fit Prince, who is Bay’s former trainer. However, behind his tough attitude, he has a soft heart. He is Bay’s go-to techie in every problem.
Indigo
Meet Neil who is Bay’s mentor and perhaps even more. Gurfateh Pirzada plays Neil, an honest but concerned senior journalist who becomes Bay’s mentor and friend, helping him break out of his comfort zone and realise his true potential.
Agastya Chowdhary
Agastya Choudhary, played by Vihaan Samat, is a billionaire heart-throb born in the Choudhary family. He was everyone’s first choice for a son-in-law, until he fell in love with Bey.
Satyajit Sen
Vir Das plays Satyajit Sen, an arrogant, brilliant powerhouse who is the country’s top news anchor and Bay’s boss. Strongly influenced by his traditional ways, Satyajit feels alienated and resentful of Bay as he is very different from him.

The series is written by Ishita Moitra, Samina Motlekar and Rohit Nair and directed by Collin D’Cunha. The 8-part series will premiere exclusively on Prime Video on September 6 in India and 240 countries and territories.
