Bollywood actor Bobby Deol is known for his brilliant acting in the industry. He has shown his acting prowess in films ranging from Aashram to Animal. But Bobby’s career has seen a lot of ups and downs. Bobby’s role in the film Animal may have been very small, but he gave tough competition to the main lead i.e. Ranbir Kapoor. In such a situation, Bobby recently recalled that period of his life when he had to struggle with the bad addiction of alcohol. He spoke openly about this in his recent interview.
It is very important to strengthen the inner strength
Bobby Deol recently gave an interview to Humans of Bombay. During this, he spoke openly about his own downfall in alcoholism and giving advice to others on this. He said that you cannot give any advice to people struggling with alcohol addiction, because everyone ultimately knows their own way. He stressed that it is very important to believe in yourself and strengthen that inner strength. Recalling his own experience, Bobby said that people are often drowned by the advice of others, while in reality, everyone has the ability to overcome these advices safely.
When I saw worry in the eyes of my family
Bobby Deol further said in the interview that there came a moment when I saw concern in the eyes of my family for me. Despite their encouragement, they could see how sad they were to see him struggling with all these things of alcohol. Bobby admitted that their support was limited to comforting words, but it was not having any effect on his addiction. But there came a point when he realized that he was going on the wrong path and now he should stop here for his responsibilities as a father. Just like he got inspiration from his father Dharmendra. This new awareness inspired him to work hard and strive for improvement. Bobby’s attempt to get rid of alcohol addiction started with the film Poster Boys. However, the film did not do well.
