The actor was called for questioning at Chikkadpally police station in Hyderabad. In this case, a woman had died and her son was seriously injured due to a stampede on December 4.

Chikkadappally division assistant commissioner of police (ACP) L. Ramesh Kumar told the media that the actor’s manager Santosh had already been informed about the woman’s death and her child’s injury. Despite this, there was no cooperation from the actor and his team in handling the situation.

City Police Commissioner C.V. Anand presented a video at the press conference showing the situation at the time of the stampede. The video was created by combining various sources, such as news channels and mobile phone footage. Based on the video, he said the media can draw its own conclusions.

Allu Arjun arrived at the police station with his lawyer, father Allu Aravind, and father-in-law Chandrashekhar Reddy. He was interrogated by Chikkadpally ACP Ramesh Kumar and Hyderabad Central Zone DCP Akshansh Yadav. During questioning, the actor termed the entire incident as an “unfortunate accident”.
