Bhopal, June 12 (IANS). A 52-year-old woman died while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Indore amid concerns over the increasing cases of Kovid-19 in Madhya Pradesh.
A woman from Ratlam, 150 km from Indore, was admitted to Manorama Raje TB (MRTB) Hospital in Indore on 8 June after a complaint of difficulty in breathing. Meanwhile, his Kovid investigation was also conducted. Two days later, on Wednesday, after a medical report, it was found that she was Kovid positive. After this, he was shifted to the isolation ward. A senior doctor at MRTB Hospital said on Thursday that he died on 11 June.
The hospital administration also confirmed that the patient was suffering from many diseases including TB and high blood pressure, due to which his condition was continuously deteriorating. It is being told that this is the third death of patients infected with Kovid-19 in the last two weeks in Madhya Pradesh and the most important thing is that they are all women. Two of them died at MRTB Hospital in Indore, including a new death on Wednesday, while one died at Aurobindo Hospital in the city.
Earlier, a 44 -year -old woman from Khargone, who gave birth to a child at MTH Hospital, died eight days later. Earlier, a 74-year-old woman from Indore, who was Kovid-19 positive, died while undergoing treatment for kidney failure at Aurobindo Hospital. In Indore, 12 new patients of Kovid-19 came out on Wednesday, causing a total of 82 cases in Madhya Pradesh this year.
It is noteworthy that there are 7,154 active cases of Kovid-19 in India. Three people died in the last 24 hours, while 33 new cases have been reported. Health advice is being issued, especially for the elderly and patients with weak immunity. In addition, the Center has urged the citizens to be vigilant and to follow preventive measures and increase the investigation.
