Diabetes patients should not eat these things for breakfast
White bread- A diabetic patient should never eat white bread in the morning. The glycemic index of white bread is very high and being a processed food, it destroys all its nutrients and fiber. White bread is harmful in diabetes.
Fruit juice- People consider drinking juice in breakfast beneficial, but health experts do not consider drinking juice in breakfast to be good. This increases the sugar level in the body. There is almost no fiber in juice. Drinking juice on an empty stomach proves to be harmful in diabetes.
Corn flakes and muesli- Some people eat corn flakes, muesli and cereals for breakfast. These may be rich in protein but sometimes they also contain sugar. So check before eating. You can eat these breakfasts without sugar.
