New Delhi, 13 June (IANS). Bell is a sacred and medicinal tree, which is mentioned in the treatment of many diseases in Ayurveda. Its fruits, leaves, root and stem are all full of medicinal properties. It is used to improve yoga, digestion, increase immunity and control blood sugar levels.
A study published in the Journal of Herbal Medicine found that Belpatra may be beneficial for lowering cholesterol levels and heart. A team of scientists, led by Dr. Arun Kumar of Buxar, tested vine fruit on breast cancer models in mice and found that it could reduce the size of the tumor by 79 percent.
Scientists in UP studied Belpatra and found that they help in improving asthma, diarrhea, insulin levels, hair strength and mother’s milk quality. Calcium, fiber, potassium etc. are found in vitamin-A, C, B6 with vitamin-A, C, B6. In addition, it also contains antioxidants. Eating Belpatra on an empty stomach also controls blood pressure along with diabetes and there is a fear of no infection.
Belpatra can be beneficial for those who are troubled by digestive problems like indigestion, stomach irritation, raw belching. It contains fiber, which is beneficial for the stomach. Chewing these leaves on an empty stomach in the morning gives relief from stomach problems. Diabetes may be incurable, but it can be controlled and relieved from the problems caused by it.
Belpatra controls the sugar level in the blood. In such a situation, regular intake of belpatra can be beneficial for patients. You should consume it according to the season, do not eat more than one belt in winter.
