New Delhi, 20 February (IANS). Adani Foundation has introduced the ‘Butterfly Effect’ framework that will empower women at every stage of life.
‘Butterfly Effect’ is a transformative approach that addresses their emerging needs at every stage of women’s lives.
It was unveiled at the first national level Round Table meeting in New Delhi on Wednesday, before International Women’s Day on 8 March.
The Round Table meeting served as an important platform to connect stakeholders and achieve strategic insights on measures to increase the access and impact of female-focused interventions.
Its purpose was to identify new cooperations to increase the socio-economic empowerment of women of all age groups across India.
Dr. Abhishek Lakhtakia, Chief Executive Officer of Adaani Foundation, said, “Our intervention has been designed to promote development, welfare and empowerment in every phase of women’s life journey, to ensure equal access to opportunities.”
“This first round table discussion will definitely be a step towards helping the purpose of women empowerment and accelerating the results,” he said.
The Adani Foundation has been devoted to empowering women for almost three decades, starting from 1996. It is applying a series of targeted interventions designed to meet the unique needs of women in all stages of life.
Foundation attempts to ensure continuous support for women, from infancy and childhood to adolescence, youth, middle age and old age. This ensures that women get necessary guidance and opportunities to increase their socio-economic welfare.

During the program, Adani Foundation also released its ‘Supporting Every Experience Empowerment (SHE)’ report, which is a carefully prepared document that is the foundation to empower women in every stage of their lives. Highlights the ongoing efforts.
The report gives detailed information on the approach of the Foundation, focusing on how the overall nature of its interventions and how they are working to empower women across the country.
During the program, Lakhtakia also emphasized the importance of all stakeholders coming together and making ideal scale for intervention in each stage of life.
Through this transformative approach, the Foundation continues to enable ‘inclusive’, ‘permanent’ and ‘transformative’ changes in women’s lives.
So far, the Foundation has brought positive changes in the lives of more than 2 million girls and women with its dedicated efforts.
