Carrot and radish kanji
To make it, first you will need 250 grams of black carrots, 100 grams of radish, 2 teaspoons mustard powder, salt, red chilli and water according to the need, first cut the carrot and radish into long pieces. After this, take a glass vessel and fill it for about 1 liter. After this, add chopped radish and carrots to it. Now add salt, mustard powder and red chili and mix well. Cover this mixture in a glass vessel and keep it in the sun for 3 to 4 days and stir it once every day with this spoon. Kanji is ready after this.

Carrot radish beet kanji
To make it, you will need 2 radish, 2 carrots, 1 beet, 3 liters of water, 3 teaspoons of mustard, salt, black salt, 1 teaspoon asafetida and salt according to need. Cut into long pieces and put it in boiling water and turn off the gas in 2 to 3 minutes. After this, let the water cool down. Now add red chili, rye, asafetida and salt to a mixer and grind them all as per taste. After this, add some water and grind it. Now mix it in the water of this vegetables and fill it in a glass jar and keep it in the sun for 2 to 3 days. Take Kanji ready.
